Follow up actions to a Take-down request

Upon receipt of your request the following procedure applies:

  • We will determine whether you have provided sufficient information and contact you for further details if needed.
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request in writing within a reasonable period.
  • We will make an initial assessment of the validity of your request. You will usually be advised of the outcome of the initial assessment and the reasons at the same time as our acknowledgement.
